EL history

Hello!  I thought I was taking a survey about Synergy, but this is not what I expected.  Instead, I will leave some helpful ideas for Synergy in the future.

1.  SIS -> student program -> English Language Learners –  Assessment tab did not have any ELPA21 Screener or Summative in the turnover.  I had a student transfer here and then back, EL history wiped.  

2. There are three different places to put in EL information and none of them talk to each other.  Places are: SIS->student programs->ELL; SIS – > Student -> student -> other info ->ELL code and date; AND SIS – > Student -> student -> student notifications  —- It would be amazing to have these areas talk to each other.
