Youth Service Teams (YST)

At Linn Benton Lincoln ESD, we believe in the power of collaboration to support our youth and families. Our Youth Service Teams (YST) bring together a multidisciplinary group of professionals from schools, social services, law enforcement, and community organizations to provide integrated, coordinated services tailored to each student’s needs.

Serving Linn County’s Communities

With five regional teams spanning Northern Linn, Albany, Lebanon, Sweet Home, and Southern Linn, our YSTs ensure every public school in Linn County has access to comprehensive support services. These teams meet regularly to identify areas where students and families can benefit from additional resources and develop personalized plans to address their unique challenges.

A Unified Approach

When a student is referred to a YST, the team members—alongside parents and guardians—share information to gain a holistic understanding of the situation. Adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines, they work together to arrange services, reduce barriers to access, and empower families with creative solutions.

Our YSTs coordinate a wide range of services and interventions based on each family’s needs and requests, including:
