District staff who will complete special education paperwork for an individual student may include the Special Education Teacher, Speech Pathologist, Service Provider, Diagnostician/School Psych, or Special Ed clerical staff.

The training session will cover various aspects of the Synergy SE module, including logging in, navigating the interface, understanding concepts and terminology, and utilizing the SE Student screen to view basic information. Additionally, it will encompass viewing students from the SE Portfolio and comprehending the layout and functions of icons, buttons, dropdowns, grids, and text boxes within documents. The session will also delve into working with student documents, involving the creation, validation, viewing, and finalization of documents, as well as printing, adding attachments, creating an IEP amendment, generating progress reports, and handling historical documents, including uploading, viewing, and printing.
