District staff who will complete special education paperwork for an individual student may include the Special Education Teacher, Speech Pathologist, Service Provider, Diagnostician/School Psych, or Special Ed clerical staff.
This training session will provide a comprehensive introduction to the Synergy SE module. Participants will learn how to navigate the system and effectively manage student data and documentation. The session will cover the following key areas:
Logging In & Navigation
Accessing the system
Navigating the interface
Understanding key concepts and terminology
Using the SE Student Screen
Viewing basic student information
Accessing students via the SE Portfolio
Understanding the layout and functions of icons, buttons, dropdowns, grids, and text boxes within documents
Working with Student Documents
Creating, validating, viewing, and finalizing documents
Printing and adding attachments
Creating IEP amendments
Generating progress reports
Handling Historical Documents
Uploading, viewing, and printing historical documents
This session is ideal for users who are new to Synergy SE or those looking to build a stronger foundation in navigating and using the system effectively.
