The Synergy New District Security Admin Basic Training session is specifically for the Synergy District Security Admin and will cover content to ensure new Synergy users receive the foundational knowledge they need to be successful with the support of our LBL ESD Team. This particular training will go over basic navigation of the user and user groups screen, introduce users to the Pad Security, documentation, best practices for assigning roles/tasks, and common practices such as managing passwords, entering new staff and much more!
