Training Session Overview:
This training session will provide a detailed walk-through of the PowerSchool Special Programs system, covering the following topics:
- Logging in, setting passwords, and resetting passwords
- Navigating the home page
- Locating, adding, and editing profiles
- General overview of creating documents
- Managing security groups and customizing existing security groups
- Monitoring and terminating user sessions
- Reviewing audit logs and creating filters
- Accessing public reports, creating public/private list reports, subscribing to reports, and publishing reports
- Communicating within PSSP
- Navigating various calendar functions
- District support and communicating issues to LBL
Recommendation: System Administrator should also attend a training for New Staff
