Audience:
District staff responsible for completing special education paperwork for individual students.
This training session provides a comprehensive walk-through of the PowerSchool Special Programs (PSSP) system. Participants will gain hands-on experience and a clear understanding of how to navigate and utilize the platform effectively. Topics include:
Logging in and changing passwords
Navigating the Home Page
Locating students and editing caseloads
Accessing, creating, and updating documents
Changing the status of a document
Creating a bank of private statements
Entering data into the Annual Goal pages, including progress reports
Printing documents
Understanding how automatic events are generated and how to manually enter an event
Using the PSSP calendar and messaging system
This session is ideal for new users or anyone looking to refresh their knowledge of PSSP features.
