Are you a District Synergy Specialist, an Administrator, or staff who:

  1. Distribute Synergy module information to applicable staff,
  2. Enter discipline incidents,
  3. Approve discipline incidents,
  4. Run discipline reports,
  5. Use analytics to track your discipline trends?

Then this user group is for you!  We demonstrate tips and tricks and train on module updates and ask that districts bring questions or “how-to” on a better way to do something we haven’t discovered.

We meet every other month; meeting months, minutes of the meeting are sent out. Alternate months a discipline newsletter is sent.  Please watch your email for these monthly documents as they often contain important updates related to discipline.

Here is the Zoom link to the 2024-25 Discipline User Group meetings (calendar invites have also been sent to all discipline contacts we have on our master list; if you would like to be included, please notify the Help Desk via ticket or at 541-812-2800 – ask for Abe or Carolyn – or ask your District Synergy Specialist to have you included).  NOTE: Some districts, per request, the newsletters/minutes/invites are sent only to the DSS and they distribute to their staff.
