LBL ESD is partnering with Edupoint to offer a fully-fledged student data management and helpdesk solution for Oregon districts. The student data management system, Synergy, will be hosted at LBL ESD's secure data center in Albany, Oregon where the server health and performance will be constantly monitored by our trained engineers. Regular system maintenance and high availability environments will ensure that the applications are available and functioning properly. Data backups will be encrypted and air-gapped to help defend against ransomware and other cyber-attacks.
