Student and Family Support services include, but are not limited to addressing, physical and behavior health services, case coordination services, positive youth development opportunities and education support.
Of importance, secure connections are made for families to access health and social services and advocacy is provided to assist in navigating social service systems and eliminate access barriers.
A disproportionate number of youth and families encounter adversities such as poverty, homelessness, bullying/harassment, trauma, crisis, food insecurity, and substance abuse resulting in problems with social, emotional problems, and behavioral health issues.

Youth Service Teams
Youth Services Teams are multidisciplinary teams that provide integrated services to students and their families in Linn County, Oregon. These teams consist of staff from schools, social service agencies, law enforcement agencies, and other related community service providers. Their purpose is to identify needs of families who work voluntarily with the this team of professionals to identify and arrange services through coordinated planning.
