Attendance for Distance and Hybrid Settings: LBL created special attendance codes to make it easier to track student attendance and online interaction in distance and hybrid learning settings this coming school year. The video training below will help teachers, office managers and anyone else who is tasked with taking attendance.

Wazzle Gradebook and Canvas:
Many of our districts have adopted the Canvas learning management system. Wazzle Gradebook provides a connection that Canvas can use to update courses, classes, schedules, users (students, teachers and parents/guardians) and more. The connection also allows teachers to use Canvas to create and score assignments, then pass those back to Gradebook as they want. Please note: when the Canvas side of this connection is in place (which we hope to be before school starts), Gradebook managers will have to generate gradebooks in Wazzle for courses, classes, etc., to be available to Canvas.

Teacher Training for Gradebook: Check out the new Learning Defined resources on your Gradebook landing page! With the recent update to Gradebook, Wazzle Solutions added free access to their teacher training courses. Click any of the courses in the carousel, set up your EdLusion account, and start learning.

Preschool Now in WebSIS
Good news for schools who have preschool programs! Preschool was added to WebSIS as part of our summer work. Now schools can enroll preschool students and track them like other students. This includes flags, demographics, contacts and medical.

For questions related to PS Special Programs (TIENET) call the help desk at 877.967.7733. Our phones are staffed from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM every weekday. You can also submit questions, problems, or concerns via the online Web Help Desk. Your office staff will assist you with this.
