SB 283 Beginning Educator Mentorship Grant
Senate Bill 283 (2023) designates $8 million for one-time, non-competitive grants to mentorship programs in Oregon for the 2024-2025 school year. These grants aim to connect eligible new teachers and administrators with formally assigned mentors, enhancing their professional development and increasing their chances of staying in the profession.
