The Intensive Treatment Services (ITS) program provides psychiatric day treatment for children in preschool through 2nd grade at the Old Mill Center for Children and Families.
An Integrated Approach
This program combines therapeutic and educational services through a collaboration between:
- Old Mill Center for Children and Families (mental health provider)
- Linn Benton Lincoln ESD (educational services provider)
During the school day, students receive:
- Individualized and small group academic instruction
- Support from Old Mill treatment staff
- Education in a small classroom setting
- Taught by a licensed LBL ESD teacher
Specialized Learning Environment
The integrated classroom setting allows students to make progress on their therapeutic and educational goals concurrently. Small class sizes create an ideal learning environment for children requiring:
- Individualized support
- Behavioral interventions
- Emotional/social skill development
