LBL ESD is now using IncidentIQ for our online help desk ticketing system. Below you will find the links to, and instructions on how to use, this system:

Help Desk Features

  • Detailed Ticket Description
    Users can provide detailed descriptions of their issues, including urgency and any sensitive information, which helps technicians address problems more effectively.
  • Real-time Updates and Notifications
    After submitting a ticket, users receive confirmation emails and can track the status of their requests in real-time through their dashboard, ensuring they stay informed about progress.

Help Desk Guidelines

  • Designated district staff or district office staff contact the Help Desk. This prevents an issue being reported multiple times by different users. It also helps the district support staff be aware of and understand any current issues.
  • District Technology Support Staff contact the LBL ESD Network Systems team to ask questions or initiate a request for service in their district.
  • Teachers / School Staff contact your building or district office support person for questions or to report an issue.
