LBL ESD HR is in the business of people. Our people: students, families, educators, and community members. We strive for a community of exceptional educators who continue to learn, grow, and evolve to support our twelve distinct districts and their communities. As a regional leader, LBL ESD explores and implements the latest research-based methods in all areas of service we provide. LBL ESD searches across the nation for providers of these specialties to serve those who are marginalized, under-served, and often without a voice. We encourage all people, from all backgrounds and experiences to join us in our efforts to offer ethical, equitable, and effective educational services across our three counties.
