The objective of this RFP is to accomplish a fair, open, and competitive procurement. The proposal is for a lit fiber network solution divided into requirements of an Intra-district set of District sites and an up-link network connection from a core district site and Linn Benton Lincoln ESD (LBLESD) to provide Internet connectivity for all district schools. Quotes will need to be provided for periods of 1, 2, 3, and 5 years (with the option of three additional one-year voluntary extensions) at the capacities listed in the line items portion of this RFP. The bid submission deadline is January 31st, 2024.
