We’re excited to invite you to our Behavioral Safety Assessment of Threat (BSAT, Level One) training; a two-day event designed to assist behavioral threat assessment teams, staff members, and community agencies in identifying risk factors, prevention strategies, and management options for violent behavior.

Space is limited to 70 participants. Registration is required. Preferences will go to regional school districts and community agencies. Registration will be closed one week prior to the event or when filled.
What to expect…
- Lunch will be provided
- Two-day, in depth training lead by Alise Mnati of John Van Dreal Consulting
- Information that will highlight how threats of violence can be systematically investigated and how school and community attacks can be prevented when staff and community members understand threatening behavior
- The application of threat assessment concepts and research in a site-based protocol, called a Level 1, as well as the Level 1 ancillary documents
- All of the forms, directions, and protocols necessary to implement a comprehensive preventive behavioral threat assessment system
