Eligible Service List for Funding Year 2021 is Released

​​The Eligible Service List (ESL) for Funding Year 2021 was released and the requirement that it must be posted for 60 days before opening the Form 471 Application Window has been waived. There is nothing new on the list year except for language regarding the ineligibility of vendors that may pose a national security threat.
