Welcome to the LBL Human Resources Department.  Our employees are our most valuable resource in ensuring that our districts and programs receive high-quality services that support educational excellence for all students.  The Human Resource Department is committed to supporting all employees in meeting the LBL mission and providing Real Solutions for Education.

The Human Resources staff provide a variety of personnel management services.  Examples of such services include:

• recruitment and retention,
• benefits administration,
• personnel and records management,
• contract management,
• employee relations,
• labor relations,
• compensation and
• risk management.

The Human Resources staff is available to assist current employees with any matters related to their current employment status or other personnel topics.

The Human Resources staff is also available to assist individuals seeking employment with any questions related to the employment process.  

In addition to supporting our employees and prospective employees, the Human Resource Department is available to support our districts regarding personnel issues.  Examples of such services include specific personnel research, facilitation of risk management efforts, collaboration on personnel issues, collaboration on regional job fair, etc.
